When a lady combines a week of Mad Men watching with a week of thrifting and antiquing, she can't help but completely obsess over vintage bar equipment. This girl loves a happy hour downtown with friends, but now that it's getting cooler outside, I'm anticipating a swiftly impending season of hibernation. A gawgeously stocked bar certain makes hiding away at home a lot classier. Am I right?
And so, let the liquor lust continue, courtesy of these Etsy sellers:
- Wood Grain and Lace Tray | $8.00 from Ada Lou
- Vintage Bird Glasses | $11.00 from Bliss and Vinegar
- Vintage Cocktail Shaker | $20.00 from Hyacinth Vintage
- Four Depression Shot Glasses | $30.00 from The Little Green House
- Owl Corkscrew and Bottle Opener | $12.00 from Village East Vintage
- Pink Glass Decanter | $36.00 from The Glam Lamb
- Amber Glass Decanter | $25.99 from Jolly Tim One
You are absolutely right! Sadly I'm really not good at mixing cocktails, although I would so love to learn that. Mixing your own cocktail after a long day just has something really fancy, I think.

Cute! I never thought if collecting vintage bar equipment. It's super cute. I'd love to collect it when I have a house someday. Or an apartment with a bar. XO, Rae

I'll have a Brandy Alexander!
Once upon a time I lived in an apartment with a wall of built-ins that included a wet bar. Dang, those days were SWANK.

A week of Mad Men sounds so nice. After we get married I'd really like to invest in some nice/cute barware, starting with a vintage bar cart! I love all the ones that Sterling Cooper folks have in their offices.

LOL that is too funny. I heart your finds. The other weekend I totally bought a canape tray thing while thrifting fully knowing that I was only buying it because it reminded me of Mad Men.

Very nice. I find that at home bars are few and far between in this day and age which is a shame. Thank you for sharing some lovely finds.

Watching Mad Men is so dangerous for my shopping habit! Every time I finish an episode I have an itch to go thrifting. I love your picks! xoxo Marissa

Ooh such beautiful stuff! The cooler weather does mean hibernation, and to be honest it's my favourite part of the cool seasons. I've been meaning to make a home bar for a while now, this gives me some good ideas!
