What we have here is another thrift-store experiment. A drop-waist vest style blouse? Sure! Why not? Oh.... right. That pile of clothes on my bedroom sofa that keeps accumulating for lack of space in my closet. Yes, now I remember. Maybe I had better take some old closet rejects down to the Salvation Army next time I go there to buy "new" clothes. I'm just afraid I might change my mind about something. For instance, who knows when you might need a ginormously oversized floral shift dress when getting dressed in the morning. Probably never? Okay. I'll donate it.

oh, I totally understand you, I go thrifting & then I'm like, I'll take some stuff next time... but the more I think about it, the less likely I am to do it... I mean, I love all my things, why can't I just keep them? I love those shoes by the way!!

I think I have the same kind of attachment issues with my clothes. Even if I never wear it anymore, I'm like "well . . . what if . . ." and that rare occasion when I wear something I haven't worn in like 7 years apparently is the justification I need to be like "SEE!!!!! And I almost donated this!!!" Haha! I love your skirt!

Wow what a fabulous skirt! I like the top too, I particularly like that you took a risk. I'm all for taking chances with thrift shopping, when should totally have fun with it!
Tell your friend these pictures are great!

I can always justify keeping random articles of clothing from the thrift store. It was so cheap, I should at least wear it once! I tell myself that I'll spend some time to figure out how to style it later. But then I never get around to it. I think it must be a blogger sickness we all share. :D You look lovely as always!

This is an awesome outfit! As are all of your outfits...girls got serious wardrobe envy over here. I'm quite glad that I live in the UK and our thrift stores kinda suck (at least where I live they do) otherwise I would be permanently skint.
Beautiful pics too! xo
