I loved this funky feeling pretty outfit that Ashley wore a while back. While she is wearing a dress, it has a casual vibe because of the mixing of the calico with the stripes. So 1960s, if you ask me!
For the casual vibe, I thought it would be fun to finger paint the stripes onto the page. The rest of the page is just piecing together patterned elements that suited the vibe of the dress.
supplies:
patterned paper: Jenni Bowlin Studios, cardstock: Bazzil, Stickers: American Crafts
outfit: Fancy Fine
oooh! i love this!!! i think this feature is my favorite thing on your blog lately. :)

Yaaay! I'm so flattered... Now when I get dressed I'm going to wonder whether or not I might make a good scrapbook page, haha. :)

Wow this is absolutely gorgeous. The finger-painted stripes really make it. And I love the concept too.
