For us regular downtown rats, city events drive us a bit nuts. Everyone scattered out of the suburbs and into the streets for the "Light up Downtown" event in Canton, which meant a little trip to the pizzeria ended up lasting for three hours. Three hours! We had plenty of giggles and smoke breaks during those three hours, and not even the worst service in the world is that bad when you're with friends.
After our strenuous dining experience, we all headed over to our favorite local dive bar, Georges. After a while of growing restless, a few of us hopped in the car and went dancing in Akron. Home at 3AM and exhausted the whole next day- but it was so much fun.
aww, that sounds like so much fun! I really miss just hanging out with groups of friends, ever since I graduated they've all kind of went their own ways and I never seen them anymore. I'm glad you had fun! :)

Hi! Just started reading your blog (after seeing your post at Smile & Wave). I love your photography. Beautiful photos and great story telling. You've inspired me to start a game night with my friends (a long standing dream). Thanks :)

I wanted to let you know that I used one of your photos from this post in my blog as a photo describing "Wassail". It seems to me that every time you get together with your friends it could very well be described as "a- wassailing"!
I have linked the photo back to your blog. Thank you!
