In the last few days, I've discovered that I play the role of a hermit quite well. I've managed to survive five gloomy days of rain, rearrange the living room, deep clean the whole house, cook multiple meals in the same day (?!), and watch far too many movies and episodes of Mad Men. Not even desperate text messages from friends begging me to come out (okay, so they weren't that desperate. But it felt nice to be missed. heh) would not drag me from my hiding place. But last night I gave up and went out on the town for a bit. I wish I hadn't waited so long. :)
In fact, today I even took photos behind my apartment building, because I just didn't see the point in venturing out to find somewhere picturesque when by the time I arrived, most likely the rain would have returned. I was right, actually. The rain returned before I even finished taking photos.
Anyway... I guess what I'm trying to say is that rainy weather turns me into quite the homebody. It's kinda nice to be that way, sometimes, though.

You take such great pictures! They totally reflect the gloomy weather. Although I've been kind of liking it actually. It's must better than that humidity and 90 degree weather we've been having lately.

it's been rainy in Utah, too, and I share the same hermit tendencies. It's fun, though, isn't it?
Also, can't thank you enough for always wearing hats! I'm a firm believer in women wearing hats, and I love that you always give me the inspiration and courage to do it!

This outfit is so good! I think the impending rain was a good thing, since the light is so beautiful in these. The bricks are pretty picturesque if you ask me! I rarely walk more than 20 blocks away from my house for my outfit photos, haha.
