Wardrobe Wednesday- 4 Eyes

So yes... I believe I've only ever posted once before with my donning of the eyeglasses. They were received with much curiosity, and I never posted about them again. I bought the frames on Etsy and had my own prescription placed into them.  Unless I'm wearing contacts, I can't see five feet without them. I've been wearing them recently to save $$$ on eyecare expenses. I would much rather buy a new pair of shoes than a set of contacts... but you know, it really helps to be able to see where I'm walking.

Today is rainy, as Spring days should be. I'm wearing a hat to keep the rain drops from finding a home on my lenses. Lately I've been feeling quite ill at ease with my life, especially my wardrobe. Having no funds for new frocks doesn't aid in my distress... Last night I went on a shopping trip in the basement, where I've been storing up goods all semester long for Half Caf's next update.

This is what I put together. It made me feel better for the moment. What I really need, though, is a great thrifting adventure. Cross country. I'm seriously considering such an adventure when I've completed my internship in June. It would be magical.
